End-to-End Offboarding Process Facilitates the end-to-end offboarding process, including processing separation transactions in the system, releasing retirement notices, managing and monitoring clearance process, and release of final pay. Outputs: Properly documented and compliant employee separation records.  Timely release of notices, clearances, and certificates   2. Employee Movement Updating Processes and validates employee movements and ensures documentation completeness. Outputs: Accurate and up-to-date employee movement records. Timely communication and documentation of changes in the system   3. HR Online Data Management Maintains and updates employee data in the system. Ensures data accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Outputs: Reliable and current HR Online database. Accurate data available for reporting and decision-making   4. Lifecycle Management Reporting Prepares and submits monthly, quarterly, and annual lifecycle reports for stakeholders. Outputs: Timely and accurate lifecycle management reports that support performance tracking, business insights, and HR planning 5. Other Related Lifecycle Management Transactions - Performs other lifecycle management-related tasks or projects as may be required from time to time   QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree / 4-year Course graduate  BS or AB Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or any related courses     Good knowledge in MS Office apps and Dbox (optional) with strong system navigation and adaptability skills.     Experience in Employee Life Cycle Management is an advantage   It is the spirit of Bayanihan that drives us to continue our legacy of excellence and commitment to care.
