The People Operations Bureau is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who understands WSIB and Long-Term Disability (LTD) claims administration. If you have a knack for accurate data input, reviewing documentation and spotting the details that matter - especially those that require timely action - you might be the perfect fit!
Current vacancies exist in the Workplace Safety and Claims Administration team, focusing on Workplace Safety Insurance and Long-term Income Protection claims.

People Operations provides executive leadership and direction in human resources strategies and workforce development to meet the bureau business plan, and OPP strategic direction and goals.
Workplace Safety and Claims Administration puts workplace safety at the forefront, with a focus on proactive identification of hazards, risk mitigation, occupational health and safety training, infection prevention and control and related major projects and initiatives. Additionally, they support the full spectrum of administration of WSIB and LTIP claims, analysis and business and financial reporting.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Ability to pass an OPP background/ security investigation.

INTERPERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS

  • You can work with various staff members and management and provide input on processes.
  • You can develop a variety of reports and communications and respond to inquiries.
