WHAT YOU WILL DO

As an HR Analyst, you will lead and contribute to the development, review, and enhancement of HR policies and processes.

More specifically, you will:

  • Conduct research and benchmarking, respond to surveys, and provide both quantitative and qualitative analytical support for a range of HR policies, practices, and processes (e.g., performance management, recruitment, guidelines).
  • Leverage recruitment and labor market data from internal and external sources (e.g., Excel, Power BI, LinkedIn, Conference Board) to develop targeted insights and custom report that empower recruiters with data-driven strategies.
  • Partner with the Recruitment team to track meaningful recruitment key metrics, and identify trends, enabling proactive decision-making and stronger alignment with hiring managers and HRBPs
