JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Supporting in 2 areas
  • Success Factors and Employee Central
  • Knowing how the systems work, familiarity with HR applications
  • Knowing how different users interact with the tooling (managers, IC, approvers, payroll, benefits etc) understanding what the user experience is
  • Can help identify items that need to be changed before new app updates, documentation uplift, update and provide content, and help make the most of the technology.

TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Success Factors or Employee Central (or Partner Central)
  • Jira
  • Microsoft Office Suite

YEARS EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 years, but flexible as long as they have change management exp and required skillset

REQUIRED BACKGROUND? SKILLS:

  • Familiar with how people use resources
  • Aware and understanding different people’s needs and how to best support
  • Connecting the day-to-day experience and how they can be impacted by changes in tools
  • Success Factors exp, even as an end user
  • Change Management
  • Exp in a highly matrixed organization

  • Self-motivated
  • Able to find the pathway forward based on the desired results
