REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR analytics, training administration, or a related field.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of English Language.
  • Proficient in HR systems, including HRIS, LMS, and performance management software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities
  • We are looking for an HR Analyst/Training Admin to provide analytical support, training administration, and general HR assistance.
