We’re seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic Finance department as an HR Analytics & Reporting Specialist. Working within a cross-functional team, you will partner with key stakeholders in Finance, HR, and other departments to drive impactful HR insights, improve data quality, and support business decision-making through advanced analytics.

YOUR SKILLS

We’re looking for a candidate with:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in HR Analytics, HRIS or related role: Proven track record in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related field, with expertise in leveraging HR data for business insights
  • Proficiency in data manipulation, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with HRIS and other data management tools
  • Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to see the big picture, drawing actionable insights from complex datasets
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy
  • Fluency in French and English is required

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and KPIs such as: headcount/FTE, turnover, absenteeism, performance and costs
  • Communicate data driven insights to the leadership, HR and Finance team and other internal stakeholders (IT, Office Management)
  • Analyse HR data for ad-hoc requests depending the context and business/key stakeholders needs
  • Proactively monitor and improve data quality, identifying and addressing data anomalies, consistency issues, and integrity gaps to ensure high standards across HR systems
  • Participate in forecast and budget exercises, offering data-driven insights to inform planning and resource allocation. Work in close collaboration with HR and Finance teams
  • Coordinate and participate in the annual performance review exercise
  • Collaborate on process improvements, HR projects, system updates, and automation initiatives in the departmen
