REQUIREMENTS:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar job or in HR Data field;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros/VBA, data visualization).
  • Proven experience in HR operations (ideally on a Global role), with a focus on Performance and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Experience in implementing HRIS, namely Success Factors
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and extract insights from large and complex data sets.
  • Working knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.
  • HR sensibility – understanding and empathy towards employee experience and organizational dynamics
Responsibilities
  • HR System:


    • Ensure accurate and efficient management of employee data and HR processes through SAP SuccessFactors (insert, change, monitor employees data and organizational structure).



      • Maintain and optimize HR system configurations and workflows, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance standards.



        • Serve as a key point of contact for system-related queries and troubleshooting.

        • Compensation & Benefits:


          • Support the development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits policies and programs.



            • Prepare and analyze complex data sets related to salary structures, incentive schemes, and benefits usage.



              • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure competitiveness and compliance of comp & ben offerings.

              • Performance Management & Analytics:


                • Coordinate performance review cycles and ensure process integrity across all phases.



                  • Generate detailed HR performance dashboards and reports to support strategic decisions.



                    • Analyze trends in employee performance, turnover, and engagement, and provide actionable insights.

                    • KPI’s & Data Analysis:


                      • Design, implement and follow up on Kpi’s supporting the business and team/department monitorization.



                        • Create, execute and monitor automated reporting templates and macros for recurring HR reports and analyses.

                        • Compliance, Audits & Certifications:


                          • Ensure compliance with external and internal business requirements, participate and support in external/internal audits
