JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide administrative assistance, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, handling correspondence, and drafting documents.
  • Facilitate internal and external communication channels. Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Coordinate and distribute information to relevant parties and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information in a secure and professional manner.
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as and when requested.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma holder from any of the 5 local polytechnics or GCE ‘A-Levels’ holder
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
