Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Executive to support our team with day-to-day HR administrative and basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, HR functions, finance and ensuring smooth office operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or accounting support role.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary are a plus.
  • Able to handle confidential financial information responsibly.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (OPTIONAL):

  • Experience with scheduling software or tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or accounting principles.
  • Prior experience in accounting or Xero is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
