Description

We are looking for a highly experienced HR Manager to lead and enhance our human resources functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong market network, a strategic mindset, and hands-on expertise in HR operations.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Administration (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR processes, UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and best practices
  • Proven experience in planning and implementation of HRMS system
  • CHRM, CIPD, or similar HR certification preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
