JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an HR and Admin Officer to join our dynamic team. This role involves a variety of HR administrative tasks, payroll and finance duties, invoicing, and other office administrative functions. About the role

EXPERIENCE

  • Good computer skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Studying towards and/or part-qualified CIPD or other finance qualifications would be an added advantage, but not required
  • Skills and knowledge in HR and finance roles are an added advantage, but not required
  • Understanding of the health and social care sector and the needs of young vulnerable people would be an added advantage, but is not required

Responsibilities
  • HR admin tasks, payroll, and finance duties

  • Diary management, minute taking, and drafting follow-up actions
  • Updating and maintaining records and registers
  • Drafting reports and assisting in recruitment processes
  • Supporting the health and social care team in administrative tasks related to the care and support of young, vulnerable people
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinating training and development programs for staff
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Providing administrative support for case management and care planning activities
  • Liaising with external agencies and partners as assigned
