Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Be able to conduct company inductions and assist with employee queries
  • Assist with scheduling staff planning and provide support to the HR and Administrative Manager during various tasks such as audits
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and assist with keeping track of timesheets and attendance
  • Check and monitor the onsite accommodation, assisting in accommodation coordination and assisting with contractors
  • Collaborate with team members to improve HR and office processes and enhance productivity
