oles & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR and Administration.
  • Handle employee induction/orientation, annual leave, resignations, terminations and other employee-related matters.
  • Manage blue-collar workers and outsourced white-collar staff.
  • Handle grievances, absenteeism, discipline and performance issues.
  • Oversee labour camps, camp staff, accommodation and welfare.
  • Manage transportation, insurance, vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure offices are maintained and staff requirements are taken care of.
  • Coordinate mobilization, onboarding, transfers and employee documentation.
  • Regularly visit camps and if required client camps where our men are employed.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE requirements.
  • Maintain a firm but fair approach when dealing with employees.
  • Keep management updated on important HR and administrative matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Requirements
    • 7–10 years of UAE experience, preferably in manpower supply.
    • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and MOHRE procedures.
    • Fluent in English and spoken Hindi.
    • Valid UAE driving licence.
    • Firm, confident, assertive,
    •  and street-smart, with good practical judgment.
