The HR and Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting human resources functions and providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. This role combines HR-related tasks—such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and maintaining employee records—with administrative duties like scheduling, correspondence, and document management.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree, any
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.

SKILLS

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems is an advantage.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities
