Looking for a flexible, part-time role that fits around school holidays?
Join the team at Banstead Prep as our HR Business Support Administrator – 4.5 hours a day, term time plus four weeks in the holidays, with some flexibility in working hours.

As our HR Business Support Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in helping us deliver outstanding support across all areas of staff administration. From recruitment and compliance to day-to-day queries and accurate record keeping, you’ll help ensure our HR processes are thorough, efficient and reflect the high standards of the school.

The Details:

  • Salary £15,103 pro rata (Full Time equivalent £29,168)
  • Part-time: 4.5 hours a day (with some flexibility)
  • Term time plus 4 weeks (including some time before and after term)
  • Based on site at Banstead Prep School—just a short walk from Banstead High Street
