As the HR and Business Support Lead, you will oversee the HR administration function, lead an HR apprentice, and manage the wider business support team, including facilities and health & safety. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you will also play a key role in supporting the rollout of organisational changes and developments, ensuring smooth transitions and staff engagement during periods of growth or transformation.
