We have 6 sites (soon to be 7) around Greater Manchester and Cheshire. Modern, Digital practices, providing general and advanced Dentistry.

Role:

You will be responsible for HR and Compliance and directly reporting to the Managing Director. You must have a strong appreciation and understanding of obligations to regulators. Full Training will be provided. Experience in Dentistry is not required.
Recruitment, Preparing reports, Rota’s, allocating staff, staff development, generate Focus/KPIs. Management experience including conducting one-to-ones, performance reviews and managing staff development would be preferable.
Very well presented with excellent communication skills and an organisational approach and Good Computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint). You will also have the support of a highly motivated and cohesive team.
You must be willing to be located at a different site on different days. Ideally you will be based in South Manchester.
