We’re looking for an HR and Engagement Business Partner to work alongside our senior leadership teams, guiding and delivering our progressive people strategy. This is more than an HR role — it’s about becoming a trusted advisor, culture ambassador, and change agent across our fast-paced, people-first business.

• Partnering with leaders to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance
• Delivering HR skills workshops, building leadership capability, and guiding performance cycles
• Owning engagement initiatives – from ‘Your Say’ surveys to recognition programmes
• Managing ER cases with confidence and coaching managers through people-related challenges
• Playing a key role in change programmes, TUPE, organisational design and L&D
