Description
EXACTLY LIKE NOTHING ELSE: JOIN THE VISION AT THE HOTEL PRINCIPESSA FORTE DEI MARMI Forte dei Marmi | A New Chapter in Hospitality At the Autograph Collection, we believe in the power of the individual story. Hotel Principessa Forte dei Marmi is our newest narrative—a bold architectural statement in Forte dei Marmi that blurs the lines between a luxury retreat and a high-energy, 24/7 sophisticated social club. Inspired by the eclectic elegance of the 20th century and infused with colonial accents from distant shores, Hotel Principessa Forte dei Marmi is a cosmopolitan place designed for the modern wanderer.  We are not just building a hotel; we are curating a vibrant atmosphere where relaxed hospitality meets an exciting, round-the-clock pulse.   POSITION SUMMARY Our Property Administrative Coordinator keeps everything running smoothly—no chaos, just great vibes. This role works across multiple hotel teams (Finance, HR, Compliance, and more) to support essential administrative tasks. What does that look like day to day? Creating and managing documents using digital tools (Word, spreadsheets, presentations, databases) Being the go-to contact for clients and vendors Connecting the Sales team with clients before, during, and after events to make sure everything goes as planned Bottom line: they make things happen. From big events to everyday operations, the Property Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in keeping the entire hotel on point.  If you’re organized, proactive, and love being at the center of the action—this role is calling your name.   Our Property Administrative Specialists play an important role in a number of vital hotel functions. At our hotels, Property Administrative Specialists work across departments (e.g., Guest Services, Engineering, Food & Beverage) to support administrative needs. Whether providing administrative support (e.g., prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software), serving as the point of contact for clients and vendors, or acting as the liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process (pre-event, event, post-event), our Property Administrative Specialists get the job done. They are critical to ensure smooth operations throughout the entire hotel.   No matter what position you are in, there are a few things that are critical to success – creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
