REQUIREMENTS

• Education:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE or GCC region, preferably in the trading industry.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (Tally and Odoo ERP are mandatory).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accounting & Finance:
• Post and process journal entries, invoices, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Oversee petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Assist in audits by providing required documentation.
• Process payroll and handle employee expense reports.
• HR & Administrative:
• Manage administrative and HR-related tasks efficiently.
• Organize and maintain financial records, both digital and physical.
