JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources and Finance Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR and Finance functions, including payroll, benefits administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and finance management. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in human resources functions, particularly in talent acquisition and project management.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration processes and systems.
  • Proficiency in using Accounting software such as Quickbooks is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of strategic planning principles as they relate to human resources is a plus.
