We are actively seeking an experienced HR and Labour Relations Advisor for our client’s West Region operations. This individual will be a key partner in providing essential support and guidance to managers and employees across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is a passionate HR professional with a strong background in labour relations who thrives on resolving conflict, improving processes, and fostering a positive work environment. The position will be based in Surrey, BC, and will report directly to the Director of Human Resources at our client’s corporate head office in Winnipeg.
