We’re looking for two HR & OD Advisors to join #TeamSalford for 12 months to cover maternity leave in our Children’s Services and Place Directorates.

Responsibilities
  • Reporting into a HR&OD Business Partner, you’ll become an expert in the services you support.
  • You’ll support managers and colleagues with a people-centred approach that is inclusive and efficient.
  • You’ll collaborate with wider HR colleagues and functions to deliver value-add expertise that enables our organisation to deliver for the residents of Salford.
  • You’ll spot opportunities for continuous improvement and empower managers with the advice and tools they need to lead the Salford way.

  • Thrives in a varied role, helping our leaders shape and deliver their people plans.
  • Is a confident communicator and collaborator, able to build relationships quickly and to influence.
