JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Generate monthly payroll and all payroll-related matters to ensure timely payroll processing.
  • Manage work pass applications and renewal process.
  • In charge of recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Handle key communication with employees.
  • Work closely with management in providing support on bonus, benefits and leave enrolment for employees.
  • Prepare relevant reports for management.
  • Assist management in improving HR processes and developing of HR improvement strategies.
  • Provide other HR and operations-related administrative duties as assigned by manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Meticulous with ability to handle highly confidential issues as well as communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Positive attitude and looking to learn and grow in this role.
  • Strong organizational, prioritisation and time management skills.
  • At least 1 year of HR administrative work experience.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,800.00 per month
