Torngat Metals is seeking a Payroll and HR Specialist to join its Montreal-based team. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, this position blends payroll administration with onboarding and HR support. This role plays a critical part in managing complex payroll scenarios, including rotational work schedules and remote site premiums, while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience aligned with both corporate and site-specific requirements. The role will evolve with the project’s advancement into operations.
