HR & People Development INTERN – Internship (6 months, starting September 2026) Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates ABOUT THE ROLE At CHANEL, we are committed to nurturing talent and fostering a collaborative and agile work environment. As a HR Intern reporting to the HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will join a dynamic team and gain exposure to key HR functions including Learning and Development, Internal Communications, and Recruitment. This role requires agility and the ability to switch seamlessly between different projects to support the evolving needs of the team. This role is a combination between a People facing role whilst also being focused on data. WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL Learning and Development: Support the People Development team in training plan management. Organize and coordinate training sessions, including room and catering bookings. Manage communication for training sessions, including SAVE THE DATE reminders and feedback surveys. Support with updating our data sheets on excel Maintain and follow up on training reports to ensure up-to-date records. Handle logistics for a variety of HR events and initiatives. Internship program: Support in creating a memorable and impactful internship program. Supporting with recruitment for the program. (Sourcing CVs, screening candidates and arranging interviews) Creating new ideas on way to engage with our community through events and careers day. Logistics: Assist the HRBP in welcoming new joiners from abroad, handling hotel and flight bookings. Oversee invoicing through COUPA Support the HR team in a variety of diverse projects and ad hoc missions. ENERGIZERS Contributing to a culture that values people development and collaboration. Being immersed in a fast-paced environment where each day brings new challenges. Supporting diverse HR projects that impact the wider boutique team. Developing organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Experiencing firsthand the world of luxury retail at CHANEL. WHAT YOU CAN BRING A well-organized, detail-oriented, and agile approach to work. Strong communication skills and a sense of service. Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in English and Excel. A genuine passion for people and a collaborative spirit. Responsibilities
Support the HRBP in managing training plans, coordinating HR events, and handling recruitment for the internship program. Assist with new joiner logistics, invoicing via COUPA, and maintaining HR data sheets.
