REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

  • Recruitment Expertise: Proven success in high-volume hiring, workforce planning, and building effective recruitment pipelines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building abilities across all organizational levels.
  • HR Compliance: Strong understanding of employment laws, labor standards, and HR best practices.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with HRIS systems, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
  • Licensure: Valid driver’s license preferred for occasional site visits or recruitment events.
