  • Experience within HR is desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience working with recruitment agencies and managing service agreements.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment regulations related to temporary staffing is a plus.

ALLSTAFF MANUFACTURING DIVISION ARE DELIGHTED TO BRING TO THE MARKET THE ROLE OF STAFFING COORDINATOR FOR A MANUFACTURING COMPANY.

As our client’s business continues to grow, we are now searching for a Staffing Coordinator to work in their HR Department. Please see below the following job specification.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring the staffing levels are appropriately planned and match the weekly production requirements.
  • Ensuring new agency staff are prepared for their shift and meet PPE requirements.
  • The creation of staff sheets for all areas of the bakery including day & night shift teams.
  • Liaising with the Ops Director & Shift Managers to ensure bakery staff holiday rota is managed.
  • Ensuring staff weekly hours worked are accurate before sending to payroll.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, ensuring service levels are met.
  • Manage compliance, contracts, and onboarding processes for all temporary workers.
  • Monitor agency performance, track key metrics, and provide reports on staffing trends.
  • Act as the main point of contact for agency staff queries and stakeholder concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies regarding contingent workforce management.
  • Provide HR support to Recruitment, Onboarding, Training & Inductions.
