Description

We are looking for an experienced, confident administrator, ideally with an HR background to support our HR Team in providing a professional ‘right first time’ service. The role will be based at our Central Support Office in Newcastle Business Park (NE4 7DF)

RECRUITMENT:

  • First point of contact for all recruitment.
  • Support hiring managers and applicants with all recruitment processes and queries.
  • Manage and process all employee life cycle documentation, including job offers, contracts, new starter paperwork, contract changes and leavers, ensuring systems and other required departments are updated.
  • Set up and maintain job pages on relevant websites.
  • Build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, to instill trust and confidence and ensure a positive experience throughout the whole recruitment process.
  • Assist with the production and formatting of job descriptions.
