YOUR MISSION

We continue our journey to shape the future of the TAPI organization, remaining committed to providing comprehensive support across all HR areas and ensuring the best service to our business.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and people-focused HR & TA Partner to join our HR team in Opava. Reporting directly to the local TAPI HR Associate Director, this role will be responsible for managing talent acquisition and the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to retirement. Additionally, the HR Partner will provide administrative support, process HR reports, and contribute to various HR initiatives such as talent management, employee engagement, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
We are looking for an innovative, self-driven, and open-minded professional who will be a strong partner for the business as well as the TAPI global HR community.
