Our client is seeking an HR and Talent Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruitment and Talent Acquisition professional to start to make a move into a more HR Generalist position. The role offers a competitive salary of £45,000, and is based near Blackfriars Bridge, Central London. The hybrid working pattern is 3 days on site and 2 days working from home, with the occasional travel to Bristol.
This is a blended role sitting at the heart of both recruitment delivery and wider HR Generalist support. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner to keep every requisition moving; advertising roles, building long-lists, coordinating interviews and keeping the tracker and ATS up to date, while also flexing into broader HR Generalist work whenever recruitment demand allows.

HR Generalist Support
When recruitment demand is lower, this role flexes into broader HR generalist work, including:

-
- Supporting interview skills training for hiring managers, and conducting exit interviews to capture leaver feedback.
-
- Wider HR projects, policy queries and ad hoc initiatives, to name a few.
-
- Employee relations (ER); supporting case administration, note-taking and guidance under the direction of the HR Manager.
-
- HRIS governance; maintaining accurate employee data, system administration and data integrity checks.
-
- Transactional HR administration; contracts, on boarding paperwork, letters and other core HR processes.

-
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly for ATS/tracker and HRIS accuracy.
-
- Some generalist HR exposure; ER, HRIS, transactional processes; is highly desirable.
-
- A flexible, adaptable mindset, comfortable moving between recruitment delivery and generalist HR as business needs shift.
