In this role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing and hiring a large volume of skilled workers for our apparel division, ensuring alignment with our company’s standards and culture. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the apparel sector. Manage mass hiring campaigns, from job posting through to onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and build targeted job descriptions. Utilize various sourcing methods to attract candidates, including social media, job fairs, and networking events. Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates. Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices in hiring. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in HR recruitment, specifically in the apparel industry. Proven experience in mass hiring and large-scale recruitment campaigns. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices. Excellent communication and people skills.
