This is a great opportunity to join our well respected, knowledgeable and friendly People & Culture Team! Initially you will join us as a People & Culture administrator full time, before moving onto your apprenticeship, once you have successfully passed your probation. The apprenticeship is a 16-month program and you will develop a range of logical and analytical skills, learning how HR works in practice as you combine learning with the day-to-day support of the HR team.

The costs of this programme are all covered through the apprenticeship levy. During your apprenticeship you will be involved in intellectually challenging work and be provided with the support needed to flourish into an outstanding people professional.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 GCSEs at level C or above (or equivalent) to include Maths and English
  • A levels or equivalent (desirable)

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience of working within a professional services firm (desirable)
  • Experience of using HR/payroll software (desirable)
  • Experience with Word (basic) and Excel (intermediate)

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Discreet and pragmatic approach
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate and maintain agreed office administration procedures
  • Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly
  • Must be organised, methodical and accurate

Start Date: March 2024 (Enrolment onto Level 3 CIPD foundation in People Practice apprenticeship to commence in July 2024) Level 3 HR Apprenticeship | Courses | BPP
Salary: £24,000.00 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. 6 of these hours a week will be dedicated to off the job training as part of your apprenticeship. These hours will be taken flexibly throughout the week.
You will be expected to attend the office every day, for the first 3 months of employment, after which time a hybrid approach will be adopted, with attendance to the office at least 3 days per week
