Contract: Fixed Term Contract – 12 Months
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for supporting the administering of HR Operational processes, systems and reporting in
the delivery of HR services. Assist in supporting the HR team in the delivery of the HR policies and procedures as required.
The individual must work well in a collaborative setting as teamwork and working closely with the other HR colleagues in the successful delivery of this role. This role will require covering the other HR colleagues (and vice-versa) during all incidents of absence, including holiday and sickness etc.

Responsibilities

ADHOC/DAY TO DAY TASKS

  • Effectively manage and respond to day-to-day HR queries via our shared Hrinfo mailbox, employee portal, SharePoint and teams, handling all queries in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Provide the support administration for all employee life cycle matters, benefits and compensation and letter administration ensuring all activations and deactivations are handled and managed with the broker in a timely manner and reflected on OnBase.
  • Perform and manage DBS checks and liaise with the relevant employees, line managers and customers to ensure we have the correct governance and safeguarding in place.
  • Fleet administration – fines, charges and hire car support.
  • Supporting the design and development of HR Operational changes to enable services to be delivered in a more digital manner.
  • Any other tasks as directed commensurate with level of role.
