Key Responsibilities Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment records. Support the onboarding process by preparing employee documentation and coordinating joining formalities. Help maintain employee files and HR databases, ensuring records are accurate and up to date. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations. Support training and development initiatives, including training coordination and attendance tracking. Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and departmental communications. Help monitor attendance records and support HR operational activities. Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team. Ensure confidentiality of employee information and company data at all times. What We Are Looking For Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for working with people. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
