About the role We are looking for a motivated HR Apprentice with a strong interest in recruitment to support and progressively take ownership of our intern and early-career hiring activities. This role is designed as a hands-on apprenticeship, offering exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle while contributing directly to the company’s growth. The apprentice will be responsible for coordinating, sourcing, and managing the recruitment of interns across multiple teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring process. What you'll do Intern & Early-Career Recruitment Own the end-to-end recruitment process for interns, including: Understanding hiring needs with managers Drafting and posting intern job descriptions Sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, universities, and partnerships Screening CVs and conducting first-round interviews Coordinating interviews with hiring managers Managing offers and contract preparation in coordination with HR Maintain a structured intern recruitment calendar aligned with business needs. Build and manage a talent pipeline for recurring internship roles. Recruitment Operations & Reporting Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track recruitment metrics for intern hiring (time-to-hire, pipeline status, sources). Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and templates. HR Support & Learning Assist with onboarding preparation for interns (documentation, first-day coordination). Support broader HR & Office projects as needed (HR administration, people initiatives). Stay up to date with recruitment best practices and labor regulations related to internships. What we are looking for Currently enrolled in or eligible for an HR, Business, Psychology, or related apprenticeship program. Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English as our working language is English. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple recruitments in parallel. Comfortable using digital tools (LinkedIn, Rippling, MS Office Suite) Experience in recruitment, HR, or interviewing (internship, student job, project). Why join us?
