Discover more via our website. Your next career opportunity In this HR Assist Officer role, you will deliver efficient HR services across the employee lifecycle. You will manage HR data, contracts and queries while developing deep expertise in key HR systems. You will also contribute to continuous improvement in a collaborative, service-focused shared services environment. What you will deliver: Process end-to-end HR transactions in Workday, ensuring accurate data, compliance and timely updates across employee records. Prepare and coordinate employment contracts, variation letters and related documentation for diverse university appointments and engagements. Respond to HR queries, providing first-level guidance, escalating appropriately and supporting a consistent HR service model. Support HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding and performance, working flexibly across specialist and high-volume areas. Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements, supporting system updates and sharing knowledge with team members. You may be a great fit if you: Hold a relevant tertiary qualification and, or equivalent mix of education, training and HR experience. Bring experience working with HR information systems, ideally including Workday, UKG and ServiceNow or similar platforms. Demonstrate strong customer service skills, with proven ability to manage queries and build productive relationships. Apply sound knowledge of HR policies and processes when preparing documentation and providing first-level advice. Work effectively with ambiguity, adapting to changing priorities and working flexibly across different HR service areas.
