Responsibilities

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, document preparation, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure compliance with GDPR and employment legislation.
  • Support the monthly payroll process in collaboration with the HR & Payroll Manager.
  • Coordinate training sessions, appraisals, and professional development activities.
  • Manage employee queries related to policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
  • Assist with HR reporting, tracking key metrics such as absence, turnover, and training.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including social events and company-wide communications.
  • Provide administrative support on HR projects, audits, and policy updates.

  • Working knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with UK employment law and HR best practices
