Village Automotive Group is looking for an HR Assistant / Administrator to join our automotive team. This is a part-time (25 hours/week) and onsite position, working out of our office that is located in Natick, MA.

Job Type: Part Time (25 hours/week, M-F)
Pay: $23-25/hr

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ yrs of experience in an administrative / office role
  • Experience with Google Workspace / MS Office preferred, but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

Responsibilities
  • Employee Records: Manage employee data in ADP, ensuring all compensation plans, licenses, and agreements are accurate. Assist with I-9 completion, document scanning, and general file management.
  • Audits: Prepare data and reports for both workers’ compensation and 401(k) audits.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle the full employee lifecycle from sending new hire welcome emails to processing termination documents.
  • Employee Relations: Respond to daily employee requests and help with monthly mailings and training reminders.
  • Administrative Support: Organize and schedule various trainings, from first aid to CPR.
  • Communications: Maintain and update internal phone lists and assist with employment verifications.
