SHORT DESCRIPTION:
In this role you will be a key member of the HR team supporting the team in the provision of an effective and efficient Human Resource Service across the business. You will be responsible for the day-to-day HR and office administration duties.
FULL DESCRIPTION:
The HR Assistant will play a key role in supporting the HR team and wider business by providing expert assistance across employee relations, HR processes, and data management.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent understanding of core Microsoft applications
- Previous experience in an Admin support role
- To project an attitude of professionalism, commitment and positivity at all times.
- Highly organised and flexible
- Ability to multi-task and meet changing deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills both written and oral
- Be able to work with senior management and adhere to confidentiality at all times
- Can work effectively independently as well as part of a team
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- 5 GCSEs Grades A*-C including English and Maths
- Three A Levels

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day HR operations for onboarding and offboarding and life cycle events.
- Complete all pre-employment checks.
