Description:

SHORT DESCRIPTION:

In this role you will be a key member of the HR team supporting the team in the provision of an effective and efficient Human Resource Service across the business. You will be responsible for the day-to-day HR and office administration duties.

FULL DESCRIPTION:

The HR Assistant will play a key role in supporting the HR team and wider business by providing expert assistance across employee relations, HR processes, and data management.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Excellent understanding of core Microsoft applications
  • Previous experience in an Admin support role
  • To project an attitude of professionalism, commitment and positivity at all times.
  • Highly organised and flexible
  • Ability to multi-task and meet changing deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills both written and oral
  • Be able to work with senior management and adhere to confidentiality at all times
  • Can work effectively independently as well as part of a team

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 5 GCSEs Grades A*-C including English and Maths
  • Three A Levels

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day HR operations for onboarding and offboarding and life cycle events.
  • Complete all pre-employment checks.
  • Support with the employee induction process.
  • Support in any ad hoc HR tasks.
