Description
The HR Assistant/Associate for Compensation and Benefits supports the accurate and timely processing of payroll, administration of employee benefits, and maintenance of related records. They also assist in implementing compensation, benefits, and general HR policies.   Minimum Qualifications: Must have a bachelor's degree Must have at least 5 years of experience in payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, and policy making in a unionized environment Familiar with SAP-HCM and SuccessFactors (SF), and has a keen interest in HR technology and systems Has above-average written and oral communication skills Demonstrates adequate creative and analytical skills   Job Overview: Review, update, and maintenance of compensation, benefits, and general HR policies Development of new compensation, benefits, and general HR policies Review of proposed CBA packages
