Description

The HR Assistant provides comprehensive support to the Human Resources department in all HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee records, and day-to-day HR operations. The role ensures smooth coordination between employees and HR while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • 2–3 years of HR experience
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in using HR software such as Resourceinn, Zoho, or similar.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction for new hires.
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and new joiner documentation.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking and recruitment records.
  • Payroll Administration
  • Compile and verify attendance, leaves, and overtime data.
  • Coordinate with payroll processing teams to ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Handle payroll-related queries and corrections.
  • Assist in processing final settlements and exit formalities.
  • Employee Records & HR Operations
  • Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.
  • Track probation, contract renewals, and visa/insurance expiry.
  • Support in managing employee benefits and insurance processes.
  • Assist with leave management and attendance monitoring through HR systems.
  • Employee Support & Communication
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and escalate as needed.
  • Support HR Manager in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Draft HR-related letters, notices, and memos as required.
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure HR records and processes comply with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Assist in audits and documentation preparation.
