ATS Euromaster Ltd, a subsidiary of Michelin and part of the Euromaster Group, has been a leader in tyre and vehicle maintenance since 1965. With around 150 centres and a network of mobile service vans, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch services to our customers.
Due to an internal promotion, we are currently seeking a new HR Assistant to join our HR Team based from our offices in Aston Cross, working across both ATS Euromaster and Tructyre. This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.
Reporting into the HR Business Partner, this role offers a unique blend of responsibilities, making every day engaging and diverse.

Key tasks as a HR Assistant include:

  • Facilitating new employee onboarding, including issuing contracts of employment and processing documents.
  • Timely updates to our HR and Payroll system.
  • Processing employee changes and coordinating with the HR Advisory Team.
  • Managing the HR inbox and responding to inquiries.
  • Overseeing the Refer and Earn Scheme and EyeCare process.
  • Archiving leaver files and auditing personnel files.

About you:

  • Organisational Skills: Methodical, detail-oriented, and adept at handling high volumes.
  • Experience: Preferably experienced in an administrative role within HR.
  • Proactivity and Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills are essential.
  • IT Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
