We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Assistant to join our Riyadh team. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to our HR department, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to a positive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role (internships or entry-level experience are also considered).
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Process employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Support the HR team in preparing and maintaining payroll records.
  • Assist in managing employee benefits, leaves, and other HR-related services.
  • Help organize training programs and employee development activities.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and maintain HR databases, filing systems, and related documents.
  • Support in organizing company events and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
