Description

The incumbent supports recruitment processes and manages workforce operational matters such as work pass renewals, dormitory administration, and employee data updates. The role ensures the timely acquisition of talent and compliance with statutory and organisational manpower requirements, contributing to a stable and capable workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and hiring documentation to meet the Home’s staffing needs.
  • Prepare and maintain manpower reports (e.g. headcount, dormitory occupancy) and dashboards to support workforce planning and operational tracking.
  • Monitor and coordinate timely renewals of work passes, professional licenses, passports, and employment contracts, ensuring uninterrupted staffing and compliance with MOM regulations.
  • Liaise with the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) and recruitment agencies for manpower support, recruitment pipelines, and repatriation logistics to maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Maintain employee records and profiles in HR System, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with PDPA and organisational policies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR functions and assist in employee queries related to recruitment and manpower matters.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Experience in the healthcare or social service sectors is an advantage
  • Knowledge in nurse registration and promotion via Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
  • Proficient in work pass administration and obtaining concessional quota
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Whyze HR system
  • Good communication skills and able to work well with all levels of staff

Work Location - Punggol Field
Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 p
