Our Human Resources team is looking for an HR Assistant to join them in BTY’s Toronto office.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 0+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent.
  • Working towards CHRP designation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with all HR-related tasks/assignments.
  • The ability to utilize and navigate HRIS platforms is an asset.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Suite is an asset.
  • Proficiency in both French and English is considered a valuable asset.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail to produce quality work with good time management.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Eligible to work in Canada or pursuing a work permit.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the full cycle recruitment process: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating background checks.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Maintain accurate employee files and onboarding records.
  • Support new hire onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to human resources.
  • Assist with internal and external recruitment events (career fairs, information sessions).
  • Deliver proactive support to the HR team as required.
