The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department. This role plays an essential part in supporting employees throughout the employment lifecycle while helping ensure compliance, organization, and a positive employee experience that reflects the mission and values of Central Baptist Village. Schedule: Part-Time: Monday 9am-3pm, Wednesday 9am-3pm, Friday 8am-2pm Some flexibility with schedule as needed. Starting Wage: $22+ per hour, based on experience Responsibilities: Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees, including preparation of new hire paperwork Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and HR records Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication Support employee engagement, recognition initiatives, and internal communications Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department Requirements Previous administrative or HR-related experience preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience a plus Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach
