Chelmsford College is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized individual with a passion for administration and a keen eye for detail. You will play a key role in supporting our recruitment processes and ensuring safeguarding standards are upheld across the college.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Coordinate and manage recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Safeguarding Compliance: Assist with safeguarding-related administration, ensuring that all procedures are followed in line with college policies.
  • HR Administration: Maintain and update HR records and systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Team Support: Provide general HR support and contribute to the ongoing development of HR initiatives and processes.
