Description Christ Panos Foods is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented HR Assistant to provide administrative support to the Human Resources team. This role supports core HR functions with a strong focus on administration, compliance, safety initiatives, and employee engagement activities. It’s well suited for someone who is organized, process-driven, and comfortable working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Perform general HR administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files Assist with onboarding paperwork and new-hire documentation Support payroll and benefits administration by preparing and verifying information Assist with HR compliance activities, including recordkeeping, audits, and policy documentation Support workplace safety initiatives by maintaining training records, incident documentation, and safety-related communications Help coordinate employee engagement activities such as events, communications, and internal initiatives Schedule meetings, interviews, and training sessions as needed Respond to basic HR inquiries and direct requests appropriately Ensure HR documents and records are organized, accurate, and up to date Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short- and Long-term disability coverage Company paid life insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing Paid time off and paid holidays Requirements Previous administrative or office support experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Clear communication skills and a reliable, consistent work ethic Ability to follow established procedures and support compliance requirements
