  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies regarding employment practices.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs; monitor employee performance and provide necessary support.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Manage employee records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide strategic HR support.
  • Support initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, and retention strategies.
  • Manage onboarding for office and site staff, including document verification and joining formalities
  • Ensure completion of employment contracts, labour files, NDA, and policy acknowledgments.
  • Facilitate recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires
  • Proven ability to manage payroll processing, salary advances and accurate payroll deductions across the board.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must have complete knowledge of visa process, visa renewals, CISPA card issue.
  • Must be fluent in English , Urdu& Malayalam.
  • Solid knowledge of construction industry 4 to 8 years .
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
  • Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and pro
